At ACME Blinds, we are committed to providing high-quality window treatments. We greatly value and appreciate your business.

A minimum deposit of 50% is required before processing any blind order.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the fitting appointment can be confirmed.
Some items, such as recovers, repairs, curtains, poles, and wallpaper, must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

All ACME Blinds products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
Repairs can only be made on products originally manufactured by ACME Blinds, subject to the availability of parts and fabric.
If an item is deemed unrepairable, any applicable repair fee will be refunded.

Every blind is custom-made. We aim to schedule fittings within three weeks of receiving the deposit.
Delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we appreciate your understanding.
Customers must provide a safe working environment for fitters by ensuring the installation area is clear of pets, furniture, breakable items, and household residents.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a charge for the missed appointment.

All blinds are covered by a 12-month guarantee from the fitting date. Depending on the issue, we will determine whether to repair or replace the product.
Wooden Venetian blinds may warp due to exposure to heat and moisture, which is a natural characteristic and not covered under warranty.
For high-temperature areas, we recommend Faux Wood Venetian blinds, which are more resistant to humidity.
Natural wood variations, such as knots and color differences, are inherent features and not considered defects. Painted or wrapped finishes are available to minimize these natural marks.
If multiple blinds are being installed side by side (e.g., bay windows), please inform us during the onsite visit.
